Lawrence Heritage State Park (0.6 miles)

Lawrence Heritage State Park is a history-themed public recreation area dedicated to preserving the industrial heritage of Lawrence. The park is comprised of three separate units: the visitors center, Pemberton Park, and Lawrence Riverfront State Park. The visitors center offers exhibits detailing life in 19th century Lawrence and is located in a restored boarding house from the mid 1800s. Pemberton Park offers views of the mill building and the historic Lawrence dam as well as areas for fishing and boating. Lawrence Riverfront State Park runs along the Merrimack River and offers courts for basketball and tennis as well as walking trails. The park also offers bike paths, picnic facilities and public programs that include concerts, theatrical events, and the annual Bread and Roses Festival.

North Andover Farmer’s Market (1.1 mile)

Open every Sunday from June-October. Local farmers and crafters sell produce and locally made crafts to community members. Perfect ingredients freshly picked for the handcrafted meals you’d be making in your luxury apartment.

Steven’s Estate (1.7 miles)

The Moses Stevens estate on Osgood Hill in North Andover is located on 143 acres of land. The Victorian Country Estate House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Steven’s Estate offers ticketed events throughout the year such as their annual holiday Lights Show. The space is also available for bookings for special events with space to host up to 250 guests.

Weir Hill (2.2 miles)

Weir Hill is a perfect spot for hikers of all skill levels. Weir Hill offers two options for hikers – the 2.6 miles Reservation Trail walk and the 5.4-mile Cochichewick Loop. Both trails run alongside Lake Cochichewick and end in gorgeous views of the Merrimack Valley. The trails are dog and kid friendly and offer several optimal spots for fishing.

Merrimack College (2.6 miles)

Merrimack College is a private college in North Andover, MA on over 220 acres with over 40 classroom and recreational buildings. The athletics teams, except for ice hockey, participate in the Northeast Conference of NCAA Division I. The Merrimack College Ice Hockey team participates in the Hockey East conference. All sporting events are open to the general public, and men’s hockey and football events are regularly well attended by the community. Additionally, Merrimack College hosts performing arts events in the Rogers Center for the Arts including their annual performance of The Nutcracker during the holidays and seasonal film festivals.

Smolak Farms (3.8 miles)

Family owned for over 50 years, Smolak Farms is a continually working farm. The Smolak Farm Bakery and Farm Stand offers fresh produce as well as house made sandwiches and ice cream. Seasonal fruit picking is available from their orchards as well as a Christmas Tree crop for the winter time. Smolak Farms offers private events, weddings, and educational activities for children throughout the year.

Harold Parker State Forest (7.1 miles)

A state forest in Andover, MA, Harold Parker has over 35 miles of trails, 11 ponds, and dozens of campsites. Parking is available for $5  a day Memorial Day through the end of November for Massachusetts residents. In the winter time, Harold Parker offers cross country ski trails as well as an ice skating rink available to the public.

Canobie Lake Park (8.1 miles)

Canobie Lake Park is an amusement park located in Salem, NH. Funded in 1902, it is one of the oldest amusement parks in New England. The park has over 85 rides and attractions and host events in the park throughout the year including live performances and firework shows. During the fall months, they host their annual Screeemfest with haunted houses and live Halloween themed performances.
